Made an appointment for a tour in advance. Agent was not expecting my arrival. The tour ended up being self guided, hard to get into the apartment, even harder to lock it up when I was done.

Horrible

I lived in this apartment complex w/granddaughter & niece for 1yr. Maintence was horrible apartment was not cleaned when we moved in carpet fiifity, refrigerator fility missing parts, blinds tore up, dishwasher never worked correctly had to keep a bucket under sink to catch water, reported all of this and they would show up to tinker with repairs. When I moved out cleaned apartment and moved out 4 days earlier returned keys to office but let them know I would come back daily and check for mail ...
They ended up trying to charge me for late move out, to replace carpet& blinds. Will never recommend this place to know one. Plus no mail box key had to go to post office and get replacement for myself and that took over a month. Reported bathroom doors falling off never fixe Reported all repairs numerous times but fell on deaf ears. Never again will I live in WDM at least not under this owner.

I'm looking forward to paying my next months rent at Boulder Ridge! Why you ask? Because it means I get to stay with the awesome people for 30 more days. I love my new home here. My apartment is awesome!! I just love it and my dog Sebastian can't wait until it's Bark Park Day. The staff here is top notch and will make sure you have what you need. have great automated systems to keep you up to date on things, but even so, the maintenance man still tells me what's going on with my work order when he sees me. Positive experience with new management

I’m living here since September 2019. Management has changed in October. Katelyn was old manager, she was not very helpful. Now I like the new management especially Teressa. She helped me in finding a garage to my electric car Tesla. Taylor is new manager and i have issues with power bill and water bill as i was not enrolled in midamerican energy. Taylor waved the fee for me. Management is very good now

We lived in Boulder Ridge for 3 years. Throughout the 3 years we lived there, there was a persistent leak in the ceiling of one of our bedrooms. They came out many times to “fix” it, but it kept coming back worse each time. The water smelled awful. During the last month of our lease, the leak came back worse than ever. We moved out of the apartment a few weeks before our leak was up so we didn’t complain that there was foul smelling standing water in the carpet and a huge hole that just sat ...
untouched for weeks. When our lease was up we verified with the office that our account was paid in full (should have got it in writing.) A few weeks letter we received a letter from a collection agency (Boulder Ridge never contacted us directly) saying we still owed almost $400. We called them, thinking it was a mistake, but apparently it was for carpet cleaning and trim replacement for the leak they chose to take weeks to fix! Very sketchy and now we have to fight a collection agency for bogus charges. There are many other nice apartment complexes in the area. Choose another one!
