Strong difference between a luxury building and updated new build. Bowen has felt like that later since day 1 of move in when the apartment layout was not the same as the layout style viewed and confirmed prior. We have noticed a cheap kitchen upholstery and accents along with having multiple full service replacements required in only a year of time including full new door and dishwasher. The price feels over inflated by context

Service request takes longer this days, all the amenities seems to be getting chipped at, when I first moved in there was 10copies free promoting, free ev charging and free use of club room and sky lounge, once a quarter. That’s all been taken away and replaced for a fee now, see not a bad place to live, it’s clean, safe and noise free… so not bad but not as great

This is a really nice area to live in — there are so many great local restaurants and shopping spots nearby. The view from the apartment is beautiful both during the day and at night. One minor issue is that the hallway has been quite hot due to a broken AC, but management is working on fixing it, so hopefully it’ll be resolved soon.

Lived here for almost 4 years and enjoyed it. The area was great. Lots of grocery stores around. There’s a gas station right outside. The view was great for my apartment.

Staff is friendly and has been helpful getting me settled into my new home. The apartment itself is quiet. Furnishings are modern. Appreciate valet services for my guest and amenities are top tier.

Everything is great. I would at least like to have 3-4 guests though on non-holiday weekdays or weekends and see how that goes and if it gets rowdy then to enforce the 2 guests again

Beautiful building, great area although busy and lots of traffic ( due to construction) the community team is great and responsive. Everyone is friendly and the units are beautiful.

No major complaints. New property manager Necole is attentive, and gets the job done. Dog owners can do better but all the staffs are great too. Wish there was more community activities

My first week living here has been nothing but amazing. It’s been quiet and peaceful and the sense of safety i feel here is probably the safest I’ve ever felt at any apartment.
