August 15, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comStrong difference between a luxury building and updated new build. Bowen has felt like that later since day 1 of move in when the apartment layout was not the same as the layout style viewed and confirmed prior. We have noticed a cheap kitchen upholstery and accents along with having multiple full service replacements required in only a year of time including full new door and dishwasher. August 11, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comService request takes longer this days, all the amenities seems to be getting chipped at, when I first moved in there was 10copies free promoting, free ev charging and free use of club room and sky lounge, once a quarter. That’s all been taken away and replaced for a fee now, see not a bad place to live, it’s clean, safe and noise free… so not bad but not as greatProperty Manager Responded

August 6, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThis is a really nice area to live in — there are so many great local restaurants and shopping spots nearby. The view from the apartment is beautiful both during the day and at night. One minor issue is that the hallway has been quite hot due to a broken AC, but management is working on fixing it, so hopefully it’ll be resolved soon.Property Manager Responded
