Do not rent from here
January 16, 2024THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. No matter what you do, They make up stuff to justify. They do crappy maintenance .......Review from Apartments.com
HORRIBLE! PERIOD
November 16, 2017I have been here 2 years and have went through 4 management officers. The 2nd genius thought it wise to remove the drop box to raise more revenue, and they are never in the office..i.e., they now charge more for late fee for rent. Was told that I had a $3 credit, paid rent & was given a 3 day notice saying I owed $3. Nasty outside & very old inside. I personally believe the maintenance had something to do with theft of my classic bike off of my dilapidated porch. Doors in kitchen constantly fall ...off and takes days to have them to put new screws in. Police is ALWAYS in here and the homeless people walk in and out freely due to no gate & homeless shelter/assistance next door. security comes at @10pm, sit on phone, or outside of car kissing his gf no more than an hour. Drug dealing going on outside several times. No longer feel safe. inside is old and horrible, they have upgraded apartments on a few but that is only a mask to hide horrible buildings. take my review or not but don't say you haven't been warned.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
It's a no for me
October 8, 2017The apartment prices are way too expensive for the quality of living you receive. Property management is NEVER available via phone or in person. There is no drop box for rent, which means you have to drop your rent off in person; impossible to do if they are never in the office. Maintenance is sub-par, roaches everywhere and a SERIOUS flea infestation. The laundry facility is small and always packed. Only 3 washers and 4 dryers for this HUGE complex; most times one or more of the washers are ...malfunctioning. The machines only take coins, but the facility has no coin machine. Something is always breaking in my apartment and the materials used to build the apartments are cheap. Thin walls=loud neighbors. The model I was shown looked nothing like the apartment I was moved into. Looks are very, very deceiving. Take your money, belongings and efforts to another complex. This is definitely a LAST resort.Property Manager Responded

You Get What You Pay For
July 1, 2017I moved here to save money, but regret this mistake. I've never lived in a place with parking lot lights issues and one where it takes management and maintenance 3 weeks to semi correct a hole in the ceiling. Back in early June 2017, part of my living room ceiling came down due to an ongoing leak in the roof. After dealing with back and forth calls to the corporate office, I was able to get a temporary fix to the hole, but the roof will take another 4-6 weeks to be replaced. I could go on forever ...about the issues, but to be brief, I will not be renewing my lease and will be relieved when it's over.Property Manager Responded

Comparable to a dump
May 10, 2017This place is the most filthy place I have ever lived. You can expect dirty pooped in diapers by the pool. Dead fish on the side walks, trash everywhere. Dog poop everywhere (and I mean everywhere). Maintaince " Edwin" way of fixing things involves primarily duck tape. I had a gapping hole in my ceiling from a hurricane for two months. I asked them 15 times in that two month span to come fix it. Finally after two months of rain coming into my room they put a piece of cardboard over the ...hole......Property Manager Responded
