June 1, 2025I lived at Braxton until recently, and the only reason I moved out was because I relocated out of state. This was by far the best apartment experience I had in all my years in Denver. The building is spotless, well-managed, and secure. My east-facing unit had incredible views of the Denver skyline, and the soundproofing was excellent—perfect for working from home. The staff, especially Janelle the manager, was amazing—responsive, caring, and professional. The two-story fitness center was clean ...and fully equipped, and I loved the convenience of ParcelPending lockers for safe, stress-free package delivery. I always felt safe walking my dogs at night, and the FOB-secured access throughout the building gave me peace of mind. Location is fantastic—close to light rail, grocery stores, restaurants, and scenic walking trails. If you're moving to Denver, I’d absolutely recommend Braxton.
