April 18, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comIts a nice place but there are some things that could be a little better.. we could use more visitor spots because you have people with stickers who park in visiting spots til whoever comes home and they swap out vehicles which that's not fair to others..there some people who have 4 and 5 cars and they take up all the visitor spots.. could do better on the bug issues in the apartments..parents need to watch there children better alot of kids are playing kick ball hitting people's cars they walk ...around cussing alot saying words that should never come out a child's mouth period. Be nice to be able to go swimming pay alot of money to live here and cant even swim keep getting told someone not paying there half and they other place saying same thing. April 8, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI moved to Brentwood apartments in October and been there ever since.The units are pretty good and the location is close to the mall and most stores in the city. The Hospital is across the street and makes it very convenient to walk in when needed.Now with inflation prices don’t really reflect what you get but there nothing we can do about it.There is enough parking for both residents and visitors.There is a swimming pool.wash and dry rooms available at $2.50 .Store by and check it out if you ...need a unit. Grounds person came through weekly to sweep the landings, stairs and maintained the areas around the buildings.My apartment was in great shape with brand new parquet flooring. Very clean. The office personnel Cesear is a very personable, knowledgeable and professional compliance manager. Jessica the property manager is also great to work with. Any problems just pickup the phone and speak with them or leave a msg.

November 29, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comDirty , marijuana smokers evry where , trush on the streets, people with no jobs only drinking and smoking especially at night and weekends. Schools around the area are terribl , a lot of police day and night . Sex offender. Not recommended waist of time living here . Come visit at night and weekends you will see by urself.
