Doesn't fix repairs for months to years

This complex does the bare minimum to make repairs. Took 4 months to fix a kitchen light fixture. I had to use the hood lamp for light. AC has been out for months (around 6 months). They took a look at it but never returned to make repairs even after several pleas to fix it. Missing tile in the bathroom was never repaired as promise before moving in over 2 years ago.
