Great hidden gem in Brentwood

This is a great hidden gem in Brentwood. The apartments are beautifully remodeled with hardwood floors and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. All units have a window air-conditioner which is perfect for warm days. The building is secured with secured parking. It also has a swimming pool. The landlords(Rosemary and Stephan) are great and always available. They have on-site maintenance so you will never wait for repairs. Conveniently located next to the Barrington Recreation ...

Center and tennis courts and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Definitely a great place to live!

The outside of the building looks run down. The parking is extremely tight. However, managing does a great job at trying to always appease their tenants. The kitchen is updated and nice!

We have also added extremely bright lighting in the garage for the safety and comfort of our residents. The management and staff are very helpful and prompt when you send them an email with any issue going on. The parking lot is covered and underground. Some spots are tandem style which never really is an issue as you coordinate with flatmates. There is a pool which is small and quaint and if you live on the side where the tennis courts are it's pretty quiet in the evening but in the morning you'll wake up to avid tennis goers. I don't mind it as it helps to remind me that the day has begun and ...

it's time to wake up! I've lived here for 4 years now and don't plan on moving any time soon. Stephan and Rosemary are the best and will help you with whatever they need if they can!

Expensive but amazing location! Great Pool and open courtyard style with lots of greenery. Apartments are small but nice. Most are 2 bedroom and 1 bath but there are a few 1 and 3 bedroom apartments. Next door to a great park.
