January 30, 2020I remember before I moved into Breton Heights I would look through oodles of reviews in apartments. Many were bad and the others looked like management wrote them . So I said where ever I moved to I would wrote a review after a period of time of living there. So here is mine : Pros- The building and area around is kept so amazing. No management can dictate the tenants and their behavior so for the size of the property, it’s very clean and well manicured in all seasons. They promptly handle ...shoveling, mowing, cleaning, and getting maintenance is easy as writing this review. The manager herself , as busy as she is, always finds time to help and replies promptly to questions. Cons- I seriously just sat here with cheek in fist wondering what is bad about here. This isn’t a con as much as it’s just a recommendation. The fitness center is nice but has a old tube tv. Maybe consider upgrading.Property Manager Responded
