Been living here since 2016 1bdrm and then 2bdrm. One thing I will say is I never had roaches in my apt. They began renovating a couple years ago but looks like they have given up on that. The property doesn’t look that great from day to day basis(random trash, grass not growing, etc) but the insides of the apartments are very nice, no complaints in that regard. If anything ever broke, they took care of it as soon as possible. Feel like the rent was a bit high but I had a washer/dryer. Office is ...

I have lived here for 2.5 years and would recommend this property to anyone! It's close to the schools and just a few minutes to downtown, BA, Jenks, and Midtown. Perfect location with awesome facility manager. I've had a few maintenance issues since I have lived there but I never had to wait more than one day to have the issues resolved. The community is great as well with Mingo Trail right across the street and the park and pool just a few blocks away. love love love!
