Renters Beware!!
January 7, 2024In my strongest opinion this property has no subsidize units. Rent goes up 5 % at renewal, trash is $50 and if you have a pet it's $25 a month! Most Seniors are retired on fixed incomes so this is insane. To top it off the property manager is horrible from my personal experience living there.Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015THE FIRST DAY I SAW THESE APARTMENTS, I FELL IN LOVE. I KNEW THESE WERE THE APARTMENTS I BEEN LOOKING FOR, AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO LOOK ANY MORE. I BEEN LIVING HERE FOR FIVE YEARS. MY SAY HERE HAS BEEN, IF I HAD A THOUSAND TOUNGS,IT WOULDN'T BE ENOUGH TO SAY HOW I FEEL. I LOVE THE PEOPLE AROUND ME, ALL THE THINGS THE APARTMENTS OFFER. I REALLY WOULD HATE TO MOVE.
