Nice People
September 12, 2022The manager is ususlly very busy but also friendly and helpful. The staff which includes maintenence have always gotten the job done correcting any issues. The place is not new but is being constantly upgraded. Good upkeep of the grounds. Rents have been crazy everywhere but seem to be a good value in the current market. The location is good with ready freeway access to I-10 and the 60. The Gym is close so I have no excuse for not going as much as I should.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible
September 23, 2017Horrible place to live. Outside is dirty. People leave their junk and trash outside. Parents live their kids in the pool unattended. Very loud. Roaches are everywhere!! You can hear everything from your neighbors. Music is loud all night. Kids smoke weed at the small park. They started taking section 8 so its become really bad. They did upgrades and didn't do it right,just did it to raise the rent. Which these apartments are way too over priced for what they are. Again,.roaches are everywhere.Review from Apartments.com
New Tenant
January 10, 2017Newly renovated apartments are like new. Complex is spread out with a nice swimming pool in the center. Transportation is great with the free Orbit bus stopping right on the corner. On-site maintenance and office staff are readily available if you need help with something. Lots of places to eat nearby. Plenty of covered, lighted parking.Review from Apartments.com
