This place gives "dump" a whole new meaning. It doesn't help either that 1135 Broadway and Elati Residences and run by an incompetent and negligent management who obviously has more time trumping up ridiculous fees and spying on residents. Filthy hallway carpets, broken and recycled appliance, and an untrustworthy staff. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere you don't have to step over the homeless outside the front door or coming in through the broken garage door. YUCK! all of it.

There is ABSOLUTELY nothing being offered at these communities to justify the rent here, especially when the property manager doesn’t really give a concern about the place(s). Still, 1135 Broadway’s management feels compelled to lure people into this dump at sky high rents, without a regard for value.

Unaddressed BLACK MOLD. Aside from everything else that is extremely wrong with this complex, the black mold is the worst. I lived there for 5 years and I am still having to go through respiratory therapy months after the horrible move out. STAY AWAY.

You cannot beat the location- in the golden triangle- next to the art museum, a couple blocks from the free 16th street mall. You can get downtown/Lodo quickly that way, and you are also fairly close to south broadway. You can walk to pretty much anything you need, which is killer. Location is just an A . Apartment is nice, affordable considering location. Washer and Dryer in-unit. We have partial mountain views. High ceilings, updated appliances. Common areas are clean. Parking is expensive, ...

but understandable for location. Rent is affordable for size of apartment, and considering its a downtown location. I give the staff a solid B. Sometimes a little short with you, and get really annoyed about getting packages delivered, which is weird. Keep an eye on your rent invoices, cause they have changed the amount of our rent by small amounts. Always very nicely fixed their mistakes when pointed out though. Pay your rent on time and you wont have too many issues. maintenance is dealt with fairly quickly. I have had much worse landlords.
