Brookline Townhome’s has been one of the best experiences we’ve had since moving back to the states. From the very beginning the staff have been super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always ready to help and is super friendly. Our community feels safe and clean. It is also very quiet. There are multiple parks near by and we are super close to the Valley Mall and everything else you need. 10/10 living experience.

Love the natural lighting, counter/flooring and overall floor layout. Homes are very spacious, located in a quiet community and close to a shopping district. This is the nicest place out of all I looked at in Spokane. Highly recommend!

Brookline is a fantastic Townhome Management office. The community I am at is very private, quaint, friendly and well manicured. Our home is very spacious, especially the master bedroom. The living space is a little smaller than other floor plans but it works perfectly for what we have and need. Our Corgi loves it too! Amazing community and we highly recommend it.
