BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Absolute disaster, management on lowest level. RENTERS ARE NASTY AND DISRESPECTFUL, throwing trash at neighbors backyards, throwing broken off asphalton neighborsback yard and houses braking siding on houses across street, street has 2 feet deep holes. Guns shooting overnight. Place is absolute nightmare snd very unsafe.

I love these apartments I did a application for these apartments back in March gave my $40 for application feed the manager stated that she can get me in by the 9th or 16th of April I called the office several times the manager stated my application was being processed I have not heard from anyone I don't even know if I was approved or not! very heartbroken I lost $40

This place has went downhill you see ppl out on the parking lot doing drugs and you reported too the office and they tell u to call the police? The person in the office is not polite she as a very nasty attitude!!! I won’t recommend no one to rent here!!!

DO NOT RENT THESE APARTMENTS. THEY ARE INFESTED WITH RATS. WHEN YOU CALL THE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT, ASHLEY, THE RENTAL MANAGER WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN ANY OF YOUR PHONE CALLS. SHE ALSO KEEPS THE OFFICE DOORS LOCKED SO THAT NO ONE CAN COME INTO THE OFFICE DURING BUSINESS HOURS.

We live in a 1 bedroom apartment with 1 son one mom and a dog in the saint Louis area south county times are tough my mom works at star BIckes and some works it's really hard to be able to get food or stay up float if we won are life would be so much easier not to worry about this month to the next
