As long as it looks good outside of your apartment they don’t care what the inside looks like. If you’re a good tenant and keep your ...apartment clean and tidy you be constantly asked if the office can use your apartment for walk throughs when higher management comes to look around while your at work. If you have concerns during lunch time don’t bother calling or going to the office because it’s locked and nobody’s in there for 1-2 hours since everyone goes to lunch at the same time. If someone who doesn’t live in the community comes walking around your vehicles or even your apartment multiple times a week for months straight don’t bother calling the office because they’ll tell you to call the police and handle it yourself.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
