I had a great moving experience at Buckhead 960. The leasing team was helpful throughout the process, and move-in was smooth and well organized. The location is hard to beat, with easy access to Buckhead, Lenox, and MARTA. The community is clean, and the amenities are well maintained. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home so far.

Love this beautiful property! The maintenance team consistently provides quick turnaround, and the leasing staff is generally accommodating, responsive, and helpful! My main concern is the level of noise caused by doors slamming. This sometimes occurs as early as 2:00 a.m. and is especially frequent between 6:00 and 10:00 a.m., when residents are leaving for work or school. The noise makes it difficult to get restful sleep. Even doors slamming on other floors can often be clearly heard and felt ...

because the loud impact causes the building to vibrate. This issue has been brought to the leasing office’s attention several times, but it has not yet been adequately addressed. I hope management will consider installing soft-close mechanisms on all main entry and exit doors to reduce the noise and improve residents’ overall quality of life.

It's been a surprisingly pleasurable experience living here to date. For the most part, any requests have been fulfilled in a timely fashion. The building and public areas are kept clean. I enjoy using the gym and look forward to the pool over the summer.
