Love the amenities, love the closeness to Marta. It’s in a peak location right next to Lenox mall. Love the design of the 2 bed 2 bath. It’s one of the best apartments in the Buckhead area

Gate and elevator issues? Yes, quite frequently. However, those are minor inconveniences in comparison to the peace I have living here. I just extended my lease for another year because I love Buckhead 960. The staff has been excellent, kind and helpful. The building is always clean. The amenities are always available and the maintenance team is amazing.

I genuinely enjoy living here! I like that I’m in the midst of the city but also feel distant enough that our street is usually pretty quiet. I like the convenience of the Marta and the Buc shuttle. I think our staff is extremely sweet and helpful. (I) don’t have much to complain about

Complex is on the good side. Just needs a few upgrades to compete with neighboring complexes. Ex. Common use areas. Office & maintenance are available as needed. Easygoing community.

Overall decent experience for past 6 months. Friendly leasing staff with lots of community events. The parking gate frequently goes out however which is a big inconvenience. Sometimes hard to park when the gate goes out as there are lots of cars that do not have a parking sticker that make their way into the garage when the gate is broken. Makes me feel a bit less secure due to the constant breaking of the parking gate.

Awesome leasing staff! I really appreciate how proactive they are in keeping residents informed about community events—it makes the community feel welcoming and well connected. Fantastic maintenance team as well. Repairs are handled promptly, often within 24 hours, which is truly impressive. The only ongoing issue is the disruptive noise from the main entrance and exit doors slamming shut. As suggested previously, installing soft-close mechanisms on these doors would significantly reduce noise ...
and help create a quieter, more pleasant living environment for residents.
