January 18, 2026Gate and elevator issues? Yes, quite frequently. However, those are minor inconveniences in comparison to the peace I have living here. I just extended my lease for another year because I love Buckhead 960. The staff has been excellent, kind and helpful. The building is always clean. December 28, 2025Overall decent experience for past 6 months. Friendly leasing staff with lots of community events. The parking gate frequently goes out however which is a big inconvenience. Sometimes hard to park when the gate goes out as there are lots of cars that do not have a parking sticker that make their way into the garage when the gate is broken. Makes me feel a bit less secure due to the constant breaking of the parking gate.Property Manager Responded
