The leasing staff is absolutely amazing — always helpful, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents. They also do a great job organizing fun events for the community, which makes living here even better. I’ve enjoyed my time living here so far. The building is well-kept and the management team has been responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. The location is incredibly convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, which makes my day-to-day life much easier. It’s a comfortable place to come home to. A couple of small adjustments could make the experience even better. For instance, slightly more frequent cleaning on the perimeter of the complex. First ...
floor residents tend to experience more debris. It would also be nice to see some updates to the fitness center space and equipment. Maybe some room for expansion. Overall, this is a good place to live, and I would recommend it if it fits the parameters of what any of my comrades were looking for.

Great leasing staff, generally responsive to resident's concerns! Maintenance is awesome, prompt in fixing issues! Love staying in this beautiful property! The only main concern I have is noise -- lots of door slamming that can be heard several levels away from the source, sometimes slamming is so loud the building vibrates. The noise is disruptive to those who work from home, especially during early mornings when folks go to work or school. It would be really helpful to have a soft-close ...
mechanism on ALL doors (or, at a minimum, the MAIN EXIT DOORS commonly used by residents). Noise minimization will help to enhance the quality of life amongst residents.

?? Rent price is good ?? Friendly staff ?? Nearby some good stores ?? Right by the Marta for convenient travel ?? Lots of events ?? Surprisingly, not a lot of cars on the road ??
