Hateful staff
June 16, 2025The staff go out of their way to be rude and difficult. They've never once solved any problem I've brought to them. In fact, they recently started towing known residents cars after the garage door was unsecure for months and implemented a new parking policy. I wouldn't recommend moving here unless you want to pay for parking, have the staff tow your car, and also have to pay to get it back. Great…except
October 6, 2021I’ll start by saying that everything up until recently has gone smoothly and we love all the amenities, the apartment is clean and all the appliances are new etc. However the parking situation is handled poorly by their staff and their ownership. Me and my girlfriend were shopping for apartments one of the things we really wanted was a covered garage for the harsh winters, their leasing agent had informed us that they offered two spaces for 60 a month for uncovered parking or 100 a month for ...covered parking. Mind you, it was the beginning of summer so we thought why not wait until closer to winter to switch to covered parking; we asked the leasing agent if that was doable and she had promised it would be no problem. Little did we know we would never see that rate again as we went to notify them that we wanted to switch to covered parking we were then informed that they had double the rate and now it was 100 per parking spot, 200 a month for both of us. Their ownership doubled the rate in four months. When asked why they said the right when we signed up was a “special rate” and that they would not honor what they promised. They then said if I had the promise in writing they would make an exception, lesson learned I guess. 2 stars due to this poorly handled situation.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
