A wonderful neighborhood. We truly feel at home here. We have great neighbors and an affordable place to live. Maintenance is very nice as well as the office staff. My only complaint is that it is outdated, but when something breaks, maintenance fixes it quickly.

Not only have they let the grass and trees die which makes this community look like trash, they also took away ALL BBQ except for the one in the pool area but the pool has been closed for over a year. The gym hasn't been functional in many years. Sometimes the door is locked, the AC is off and for many years the equipment has been broken. They offer NO amenities. At some point they joined a "green" program and they advertise on the website how much $ they save by reducing the amount of hot water ...
that is given per unite but the thing is that water in included in the rent so WE the people aren't saving any money, management is. Rent goes up, and I can't even take a 15 min shower without freezing. There are racoons all over, they like to go under cars and in the hood of cars, and management refuses to do anything because the racoons aren't their responsibility. Management does nothing for us. I have called and emailed and they don't care to listen to our complaints. Broken tubs with no repairs, AC unit dripping damaging the floors and their solution is to diy a tray to hold the water so I have a body of still water that attracts gnats. This place used to be nice but unfortunately they've been allowed to get away with diminishing the value of this place while raising rent. keep in mind they fully plan on raising 100$ of rent soon. Soon enough it will be the same price as any other apartment around the area, not low income.
