Comfortable apartments, light-filled and well-ventilated. Very well-insulated --- does not get too cold even without turning up the heat much. Amenities are nice: the exercise rooms are well-equipped and the conference rooms and clubrooms are a nice touch. Staff is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly and more than satisfactorily.

I'll be hitting my 5-year mark at C&E this summer and I anticipate living here as long as I stay in the Twin Cities! Great community spaces, a skilled and responsive maintenance team, caring front office workers, and an overall great living experience. I recommend this place to anyone that loves living in St. Paul but wants convenient access to Minneapolis.

This is a really great community to live in. It's clean, brightly lit, and secure, which is super important to me as a woman living on her own. The staff are wonderful - they're friendly, communicative, and really do put in the extra effort to ensure tenants feel welcome and valued. Maintenance is always very responsive when something needs to be fixed. When my washer broke, the tech opened up an empty unit for me to do my laundry since it would be several days before someone could come and fix ...
it. They really went the extra mile for me.
