Comfortable apartments, light-filled and well-ventilated. Very well-insulated --- does not get too cold even without turning up the heat much. Amenities are nice: the exercise rooms are well-equipped and the conference rooms and clubrooms are a nice touch. Staff is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly and more than satisfactorily.

This is a really great community to live in. It's clean, brightly lit, and secure, which is super important to me as a woman living on her own. The staff are wonderful - they're friendly, communicative, and really do put in the extra effort to ensure tenants feel welcome and valued.
