This rental property sure does look nice on this website, but upon checking it out in person, it is disgusting. Nothing gets fixed here for maintenance requests. We have went through so many property managers that fail to assess damages in a timely manner. Just last year we had two sewage problems where the damage was obtrusive to getting inside my own apartment. I had requested a steam cleaning when the first issue happened and to this day they have still not fixed the issue. Please, STAY ...

Maintenance requests do not get answered here. Whether you submit them online or tell the manager or realty company directly, nothing gets fixed in a timely manner or even at all. The pipes in our kitchen weren’t attached and there’s a giant hole with the pipes exposed and leading to the outside. We’ve been missing a burner and drip pans on our stove since we moved in about a month ago. There’s cockroaches, huge cockroaches. We moved here in a pinch and definitely wish we would’ve looked around ...

more. The apartment also looks nothing like the pictures shown so don’t get your hopes up. I can’t wait for our lease to be up and get the hell out of here.

Terrible neighborhood

Live here now and looking for another apartment, stuff is always being stolen from my patio. My MOTORCYCLE was stolen from this place. We have swamp coolers, stuff is always breaking in the apartment and it take weeks to months for it to get fixed by maintenance. Wish I would have never moved here to be honest. Save your money and find a different place to stay.
