Great walkable location to restaurants, bars, and convenience stores within a 5-10 minute walk.
Loved the rooftop pool with pretty much 360 views of Denver (predominantly: mountains and DT Denver) where I got to meet a lot of amazing neighbors/people over the 2 years that I've lived here.
Amazing apartment layout (I lived in a B3 unit), as well as gorgeous interior finishes that truly give it that "luxury" touch.
Additionally, the property is well maintained with daily lobby cleaning, grounds ...
keeping, and regular carpet cleanings on each floor, and either biannual or annual window cleaning.
Maintenance was rarely needed, and when we did, it was mostly to replace air filters.
The Management team is great at communicating any office shut downs, friendly reminders, or scheduled services (e.g., garage cleanings - with options to park your car in the meantime, window cleanings, etc.)
Big shoutout to Madi, and Jc whomst in my time here have displayed above and beyond hospitality.
