The worst run Apartment complex ever. Paid my rent in June using a money order for my full rent amount that was due gave it to one of the apartments complex employees she thanked me and took my payment. Fast forward to July. I try and pay rent on website wouldn’t allow me to pay online so got another money order and went to the office to pay again. have an eviction status because I didn’t pay my June rent. I explained to her that I did pay that months rent and she was the one who took my payment. She then went to talk to her Manager (Very Rude lady) I over heard their conversation the manager felt I was lying and what I was saying wasn’t possible. Lady who was helping me comes back to the office and tells me can’t do anything unless I provided a receipt for my money order. I retrieve the receipt for the money order, and was told they would get back to me “IF” they find it. They find the money order they lost but the Apartment Complex Manager who insinuated that I was lying did not apologize for their incompetence or for her being disrespectful.
