July 31, 2015Poorly maintained and poorly funded in every way. Seemingly cheap and uncaring ownership. Four managers in less than 3 years. Roach problems. No security: front and back doors wide open 24x7 attracting undesirables who loiter on the property smoking weed, parking gates constantly broken, attracting non-resident cars, cars broken into and robbed, storage units broken into and robbed, security cameras vandalized long ago. Plumbing issues: hot water is just warm, overall temperature fluctuates ...widly, pressure fluctuates wildly and is often low, rust content is high, and debris constantly clogs up the aerators of the faucets. Major ongoing sewer pipe problems (believed by residents to be roots) at one side of the building affecting several units with "raw sewage" backing into their tub and spilling out of their toilet onto the floor. Raw sewage has flooded one resident's unit 3-4 times, soaking all the way into their bedroom and living room, and all the company would do is run their carper cleaner. Past and present managers are okay, but their reach and helpfulness is always hindered by the company.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
