Avoid this place unless you plan to move when your lease is up. They have raise my rent every time my lease renews and this time they really gouged me with a $240! In the middle of a pandemic. Camden doesn’t want you to stay. Every renewal my rent has gone up over $200 and this time they really stuck it to me. I will not be staying here! This community is not worth the price they want to charge. You are better off looking elsewhere.

Don't forget to factor in paying for a security system, or just deal with the anxiety knowing your things can easily be stolen due to regularly occurring criminal activity. Great place physically for today's insane market but take caution and consider all your options before making a decision

I live here and I'm counting days until I finally leave this place. They are innovative in finding ways to get to your money. You end up paying way way more than you actually get. The sweet talk and the smile before you sign the contract is tempting; and after you sign, get ready for the worst experience in your life. The apartments are always cold, heat is a joke when the cold air is continuously leaking through the windows. Valet waste is an unnecessary service when they make you pay for it. ...

Don't get me started on the "Internet and TV" package which you can get a cheaper and a better option. Keep looking around, you're better off anywhere else, save your money and your health.

They have threatened me and charged me for things that I did not have any control over. I feel like I'm stuck in a prison while I have lived here. They charge way too much for the quality of the living. My friend got his car stolen while staying on vacation one time. They have stolen a lot of money from me and I just hate that they don't care for compassion or understanding.

Overall, the apartments at Camden are very nice. My apartment has a built-in gas powered fireplace and a beautiful view from the balcony. The amenities are nice and well-maintained. The staff is pleasant and quick to respond to problems. The neighboring area includes lots of shops, restaurants, and quick access to the Mountains.

Ive been living here for over a year. Great location. Big dog friendly which is wonderful and hard to find. Decent apartments. Good one bedroom layouts. LOVE the garage and ammenities here (pool, hiking trails for table mountain right out the door). Rent is high and increases drastically when you renue your lease.
