Being a millennial - I have many different apartment experiences. This one stands out as exceptionally bad. This place would like to portray being a luxury apartment complex - but this is a façade. Upon move in, the elevator stopped between floors. It was a cold night, we had to call the fire dept. it was a whole situation. The staff was completely blasé when I told them of my experience the next day. On 4th of July, my car was vomited on from a top-floor apartment. When I told the manager about ...
it, not only was she blasé, she was boarder-line catty about it. Not what I expect from a shoddy apartment across from a university - let alone a 'luxury' 1k a month for a room kind of apartment complex. I lived there just a few years after construction and there were serious electrical issues that again, management was completely blasé about. I reported the light flickering when the fan was on several times, the issue was never addressed. Also very concerning, sometimes I would get shocked when I touched the light switch; this wasn't static electricity.. this was a current of electricity.
Also, unrelated to the management of the building but while I was a resident there someone flipped a car over a curb into a ravine just past the dog park. Just a side note at the kind of shenanigans were going on besides my car getting puked on like I am living in a dormitory.
I will steer clear of any Camden establishment and I'd advise others to do the same.

Beautiful buildings, crappy management

Beware of this complex! Communication is very poor, it’s pulling teeth to go get out what is going on. The grounds look horrible with a ton of dead spots throughout grassy area. Parking is not monitored, anyone and everyone parks wherever they want. Residents are expected to police the garage and call in if they don’t see placards. Doors are heavy (stairwell and front doors) and slam constantly. Management can be rude and snappy if you complain. This facility is overpriced and not worth your ...
money. Even the old staff are posting reviews on here as if they were residents to give “glowing” reviews. So they are not true residents!!!! Don’t believe all that you read on here. Dogs and been attacked (and died) at the dog park by aggressive dogs. Constant issues with elevators, hot tubs, and now the roof. I’ve lived here for over 2 years and can’t wait until my lease is up

My fiance and I moved into Camden about a month ago, and we could not be more pleased with our experience!
First- THE STAFF! The staff here are absolutely incredible. When we were doing our apartment hunting, Elyse gave us her undivided attention, answered all of our questions, and was so patient when we requested to see three different layouts. She worked with us all through the moving process and we received nothing short of wonderful service from her (and the other staff as well).
Second- ...
our hot water stopped working and we came home from work to a cold shower. We called the maintenance line and someone was out and had it fixed under an hour! It was the quickest maintenance fix I've ever seen.
Third- the apartment itself is wonderful. The bathtub is ENORMOUS, we love all the cabinet space in the kitchen, and I LIVE for all the natural light our unit brings in.
Finally- the amenities in this complex are wonderful. I've been able to use the gym at any hour that works for me, the pool is always clean, and the clubhouse is a very comfortable space to chill.
We love calling Camden home, and we look forward to staying for a long time!

The staff at Camden Flatirons are the best in the industry. Anytime you visit the office you’ll be greeted with a smiling face and someone excited to help you. The maintenance team responds to maintenance request within 2 days or less and they are always polite. The property is beautiful and very pet friendly! There is a huge dog bark, gorgeous pool, hot tub and outdoor grills. It’s worth stopping by the office for a great cup of coffee and maybe a workout if you’re in to that. Hands down the ...

My husband and I have lived at Camden Flatirons for over three years now and absolutely love it here. The units are well appointed and have a really good use of space throughout. The high ceilings also help make even the smallest units feel larger. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They coordinate food trucks to come periodically during the warmer months and do things for residents throughout the year like picnics and resident appreciation day. There is a gym on the premises with the basics ...
as well as a pool and hot tub. The property is cat and dog friendly - there’s even a bark park with dog washing station. We love the fact that the property is also smoke free so you can enjoy being outside without having to smell someone else’s smoke. Maintenance is great at coming by quickly if you do have an issue and they work hard all winter long to make sure that walkways are cleared when it does snow. Overall, the community is great and we have found that this is a great place to live.

Been living at the Camden Flatirons now for almost a year and a half now, and I still love it.
Lets break it down.
1. Staff is absolutely fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and just overall some really great people. Shout outs to the office staff: Elyse, Samar, Monika, and Bobbi! And the maintenance crew: James, Daniel, Alan.
And really just anybody that works here, cause I feel like I'm forgetting some names.
2. Great location in an up and coming area. Need something in Boulder? Great, it's ...
fifteen minutes away. Need something in Denver? Great, it's fifteen minutes the other way.
3. The staff here are always trying to maintain and build upon the sense of community for the residents here. Try getting that somewhere else.
4. The apartments themselves are great. Spacious and still feels as nice and new as they were when they were first constructed four years ago. Washer, dryer, and anything you could need (probably).
5. The amenities! Clubhouse has a gym, pool, and a hot tub. Plenty of parking and parking options if you so desire. On top of all the aforementioned, this place is super dog friendly. There's a bark park, washing station, and in the office there are treats and plenty of pets from the office staff for all the good doggos.
5/5, A , Choice, Sublime, how ever you want to describe it, the bottom line is that it's great to live here. If you have any doubts about it, save them until you've toured and met the staff.

Biggest Disappointment Ever

I haven’t even been here a complete week and this issue is what I ve been busy with for most of the time, I should be enjoying this place but instead bcos of selfish people who smoke here my time and happiness is taken away and eventually my life quality is lowered.

They contradict themselves all the time in how they communicate to me regarding this issue.
Property manager told me she’s been here 1 month and not aware of problems like these.

This is a non smoking place and that’s why I came here , and I was assured smoking is banned here u can’t smoke here smokers will be evicted bla bla bla.
This is my 4th night and all I smell is cigrette and sometimes marijuana.
Complained 4 times in 4 days and nothing done.

Transferred from Camden Boca Raton to Camden Flatirons in the last couple of years. It was the easiest decision, you walked into the leasing office. Greeted by the most amazing management! Everyone at Camden Flatirons is friendly, when you have an issue, they are on it! I have been renting for awhile, Camden Flatirons has surpassed my expectations! So thankful to have an amazing staff and place to live!!

We’ve lived at Camden Flatirons for about 6 months now, and truly are so happy to be living here. The community was beautifully constructed and the grounds are very well maintained. We visited at least 7 rental communities in the area when we were looking, and none of them compared in terms of quality of finishes, space, and value for the money. phenomenal. Heather, Samar and Bobbi especially are so responsive, professional, and helpful. Anytime we’ve come to them with issues, they’ve been resolved to our satisfaction immediately. The maintenance team (Alan, Jon, and others) is the exact same way, with service requests being answered same day and resolved with our complete satisfaction. Occasionally there are tenant or service issues that come up, and I continue to be impressed with how they are handled. Moreover, however, we really feel as though we belong here. We feel safe and secure, but also very welcomed. We are always greeted by the staff and asked about how our family is doing, and it makes us feel like we are home. This is exactly what we were looking for in a rental community, and then some. Thank you to the Camden Flatirons team for everything you do!!

I love living here! Not sure what all these negative reviews are, but they are not true. Giving a 60 day notice is standard so if you read your lease, you won’t have any issues. I have lived here for over a year and a half and just renewed my lease. Heather is an awesome community manager and her staff is amazing! Alan and his maintenance team are great! They get requests done within 24 hours.The apartments have nice finishes. All the amenities are well maintained from the hot tub/pool to the ...
coffee bar inside the business center. The dog park is huge and they have a dog spa to bathe your dog after they are done playing! I never have an issue with finding a garage parking spot when coming home from work. My dog loves to visit all the girls at the office, they love to play with him and he loves the cookie jar in the entry way. This is by far the best apartment complex I have EVER lived at. I would highly recommend living here.
