Forced charges for valet trash and cable PLUS massive charges when we moved out make it hard to recommend these apartments. We were there for several years and they still took all our deposit and charged us another $300 on top!

The Valet Waste and Technology package are included in the rent, but we do thoroughly explain these charges prior to and throughout the entire leasing and application process to ensure all potential residents are aware of what’s included in their total monthly rent. We do our best to be transparent with these charges as they are clearly itemized and displayed on all quotes for move-in and subsequent renewals. I’m sorry you did not find these features to be of value during your years of residency. If you have any questions regarding your Final Account Statement after move-out and any charges, we would be more than happy to look at that and go over everything line by line with you. I lived at Camden Gaines Ranch for three years and really enjoyed my entire experience. The staff was extremely friendly and was always able to assist me whenever I needed something. Maintenance is very quick to respond to work orders and always seemed to go above and beyond. Jenna, the manager, followed through with me to make sure I was happy and enjoying my apartment. downtown. I loved walking my pups through the trails and seeing the wildlife throughout the community. Gaines Ranch is very clean and maintenance does an amazing job of cleaning the grounds and making sure the property is free of any trash. Rent is very affordable for the area (includes a cable package and trash pickup). They have several amenities including a dog park, fitness room, business center and pool. The neighbors I’ve met out at the pool and dog park have been very nice and I’ve created some long lasting friendships. I never had any issues with security and always felt very safe in my home. If I’m ever a renter again, Gaines Ranch is the first place I will check out. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a new apartment home. Keep up the good work!

Camden Gaines Ranch just recently became my new home and it has been perfect in every way. The locations is nestled away by Austin's famous greenbelt and the complex is surrounded by gorgeous trees that provide abundant shade and beauty. The lush green surrounding the buildings make me feel like Im in the middle of a forest every time I look out my window. The apartments themselves have spacious layouts with granite top counters and wood color floors. I had never felt so at home living in an apartment but my place at Camden Gaines Ranch has changed that, I am actually excited to come home and spend as much time there as I can because I truly enjoy being there, and the best part is its only a 12 minute drive to downtown city life.
