I have only a month and a half living here and I'm really frustrated, I have 6 AC units in front of my bedroom making a big noise and don't let me sleep in peace, I reported the problem about five or six times and never resolve anything.

Many complexes tell you that they embrace 'resort style living' and you think yeah ok... whatever, well I've been living at Camden Lago Vista now for almost a year now and it still hasn't set in that I'm not staying in some luxurious condo on vacation. I've never used the amenities so much as I do here because everything is maintained exceptionally well. The office staff are amazing, they make a point to get to know you, management is fair and will listen to reason, which from past experiences, ...
is not always the case.
Can we just talk about high ceilings for a moment? I never knew how important they were until I got them and now I'm ruined because I could never go back.
Parking, its something you don't see or think about until you start living somewhere... well I'm telling you now, I believe my building is full occupancy and I have never had an issue.
As you can probably tell I love where I live, its the perfect area for young professionals, right by Orlando International Airport, surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants and stores. Literally 30 minutes from anything else you could possibly want: Disney, Universal, Downtown. I am extremely satisfied with where I live and I envision my husband and I staying in this community for a while.

Camden Lago is a good community. I've been here for four years and it's been great! It's safe, clean, and well maintained. If there are any issues, the maintenance crew is fast and does an excellent job. Oh, and they have a bark park for the puppies :)

When you hear the phrase resort style living there's a little skepticism there. But at Camden Lago Vista they are not joking! I have been living there for almost a year now and I have to say I am blown away with everything they offer. I really feel like I am on vacation and staying in a luxury condo, but I'm not... There are a ton of amenities! The pool and hot tub are my favorite, I've never used them so much before in any other apartment I have rented the place is kept exceptionally neat and clean.
Let me say something about the actual apartment, they are spacious and well laid out. The high ceilings are a feature that have not been on a must have list, until now, I have them, I never want to not have them.
I must say I see myself staying here a while and I hope that you pick Camden Lago Vista as your new home, you wont regret it!

I move in to Florida in 2012 it was a difficult transition but when I met with Rosa and Rita that changed, they welcome me with open arms "Welcome to the neighborhood" they said and they were right. That 1st night I didn't have anything literally food, toilet paper, soap, the basics, they did I little shopping bag and gave me everything that I needed to have a comfortable 1st day/night. Everything in the area is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the airport. The property seems to be managed professionally. The community is nice, clean, quiet, and gated. It's located within 10 minutes of the Orlando International Airport. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with restaurants, shopping centers, and major highways and roads. The community also has a nice size pool, workout center, and business center. The apartment itself is well maintained and comes with a security system, valet trash, sewer, and Brighthouse basic cable included in the monthly rent. which you pay directly to the leasing office. They are fast on maintenance turn around, friendly, and always available to assist you. The only downfalls I would say is the parking and the price of rent can be a bit pricey. As far as parking, there aren't any designated spaces for residence or guest so its first come parking, just not enough parking spaces. Garages are available to purchase. If you don't mind paying for a good quality apartment, then it is a great place to live. I personally really enjoy my home and my garden size tub!
