July 23, 2021Thank you for review of Camden Legacy. We typically do not charge deposits on our apartments. I'm unsure which apartment you were in and I'd be happy to do some research on this. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at tgarcia@camdenliving.com for more information on your final move out charges. Our website will show what the total monthly rate will be, including our technology package, valet waste, and parking charges. It is a bit difficult to determine what utility billing would be, as this is based on usage and can fluctuate. I am sorry that you have felt mislead by any of the billing that you've received. RATS RATS RATS

July 19, 2019Good Morning Craig,This is the first time in your stay that you have ever reported having any rodent issue in your apartment. Had you reported it, we would have responded immediately and had pest control take care of any issue you were having. Camden does have a 24 line to report any issues. I'm sorry this was not addressed, and unfortunately we have looked for your package with no success. I would recommend calling the supplier for the mix up. Outstanding Staff
April 28, 2019For my Fiance and I, the level of service is the most important. Camden Legacy has an amazing team who takes the time to know you. Every maintenance request I put in has been completed in a timely manner. The office staff are all amazing and go above and beyond to help. The only note I would make is that parking is very difficult depending on where you live and the gym is pretty limited. But these are just minor issues. Steer Clear of This Crap Den
September 29, 2017Feels like living in a biblical chapter with the floods, vermin, garbage and dog poop everywhere. My AC is constantly breaking and I wait hours for the maintenance guys to come just to be smart alecs about it. Amanda and Allison in the office are incredibly rude. It's difficult to get anyone to answer the phone and both in person and over the phone it seems like they go out of their ways to be abrasive and cavalier. This place sucks!Property Manager Responded

feels like a cheap motel
September 29, 2017This was a nightmare every day living there. If it's not one thing, it's another. Parking was indeed a nightmare so just forget about having anyone over...EVER. Then there's the noise. Felt like staying in a cheap motel. And the office? I hope they all go bald and have terrible water pressure the rest of their lives. I hope every time they make toast it burns. They're the worst part. Somehow I think I could live with the noise, the parking, the rats, the floods, the garbage pileup, the ...construction on my roof and surrounding roofs for over a year, the hidden fees, the water constantly being shut off for hours with no notice and the failure to keep the gates closed resulting in my car being broken into if the office wasn't just a group of vapid blockheads with the combined IQ of a cantaloupe. They NEVER answer the phone. When they do, they just repeat themselves without actually hearing the issue or even pretending to express a remote amount of empathy. My AC went out in my unit FIVE times while I lived there. Oh and do you ever get packages like every other person on the face of the earth? Well don't expect them to be left in the office. The office no longer accepts packages so if UPS or FedEx comes while you're not home, you have to drive to the hub where your package is kept to pick it up. My washing machine broke and they couldn't repair it for a week. So after I gave the office an earful, they finally gave me a key to another apartment on the other side of the complex to use the washing machine there. Mind you this was in the summer and the AC was completely turned off in the unit they gave me the key to. When someone finally did come to repair the washer, it was this slimy, repellant wino who tried to use MY CLEAN TOWELS in my laundry room as something to clean up the flood of dirty water on the floor. Have I quite finished? No. Do you enjoy bathing daily? Well don't move here then! My neighbor and I had this running joke about what's going to go wrong at Camden today. My water was shut off dozens of times each time without warning. And the office of course will tell you, "Oh we sent out a notification. Did you check your spam folder?" No, in fact you morons are trying to cover the fact that you simply did not send any sort of warning. So thrilled I'm out of there!Property Manager Responded

Amazing Place to live!!!
August 12, 2017Camden Legacy is a great place to live for all age groups!!! This apartment complex has such a great setup and great apartments to live in! The location is great and you have one of everything surrounding you!! The complex is very clean and very well maintained! I love living here and it is the best apartment complex I have been a part of!! The best part about this apartment complex is the AMAZING STAFF MEMBERS!! Both leasing side/ manager side as well as the maintenance side!! Whenever I email ...them they email me back as quickly as possible even for the smallest of things! They answer every question you have and if they do not know the answer they will get it and let you know immediately!!! The maintenance crew is THE BEST I have ever dealt with when it comes to needing something fixed or checked out!!!! This crew knows their stuff!!! Not only do they fix everything they also go above and beyond to make sure everything else is working and in good shape!! They are super fast and reliable!! I am so glad I am living at Camden Legacy!! I am glad to be a part of the family and glad that I can recommend Camden Legacy to anybody indeed of a new place to live!!! I recommend this complex to anybody and everybody and hope people will stop by to see it and feel the atmosphere because they will not want to leave and will want to become residents as well!!! Avoid, avoid, avoid
October 31, 2015RAT INFESTATION, FLOODED PARKING, SAFETY HAZARDS, NON-RESPONSIVE STAFF: Rat infestation in my building occurring for four months after it was reported to management. Neighbor downstairs caught 11 rats in his ceiling. My parking area flooded following rains for 8-9 months: Was told by management there was nothing that could be done. Pool cabana building left open with loose electrical wiring, bottles of chemicals, boxes stacked and tipped over/spilled containing files of residents’ ...personal information, loose electrical wiring in sitting pool. Loose metal roofing left unsecured on neighboring building for one month after roofing job completed. For an entire summer, I endured the screeching sound of a neighboring AC unit. Several complaints to mgmt were ignored. 5-day Eviction Notice due to Camden website problem: I was served a 5-day notice after Camden tried to withdraw my rent pymt out of an expired bank account, after successful pymt from current bank account every month prior. Camden did not renew my lease. They refused to give a reason. I believe the real reason I was not renewed was that I continually called the mgr out for poor job performance. I emailed District Mgr, on one occasion to discuss problems. She didn’t respond for SIX WEEKS. Assistant mgr, refused to update my contact information upon request (if there was an emergency with my apt, I wouldn’t have been able to be notified). Also, groundskeepers would frequently begin with leaf blowers and chainsaws as early as 7:15 am. Next-door neighbor informed me that, against his wishes, mgr allowed carpet cleaners into his apartment unattended. The office recently refused a UPS package for me sent by my doctor, stating that I moved and denied it later. My letter, along with photos of all of the health hazards and neglect of property were sent to the Camden corporate executives, and AMAZINGLY, THE MGR STILL HAS A JOB WORKING HERE? The 3 managers above her defended her actions and Camden’s attorney further attempted to blame me for each issue in a letter, which I responded to pointing out all of his inaccuracies.
