I don’t want to preface this review with anything kind because it just wouldn’t be real. The front office staff is terrible at communicating and have a very entitled attitude. They are deceptive with their sales strategies, so be aware. When renewing my lease, I was never told that I would be charged a “community” electric fee, which is around $50-$70 every month. weeks ago they sent an email asking tenets to be on the lookout for neighbors that fail to bring their trash can inside their apartment by a certain time, and if they catch them, to take pictures and send it to management so that their neighbors can be fined. After learning about the erroneous “community” electric fee I asked about breaking my lease and they have the audacity to want to charge 4 months of rent to leave. I’m sure someone will reply to my comment with some absurd response like “Our fees are comparable with those of other similar companies,” but I would suggest you save it for someone that doesn’t know better. If you are thinking of living here, do yourself a favor and don’t.
