I don’t want to preface this review with anything kind because it just wouldn’t be real. The front office staff is terrible at communicating and have a very entitled attitude. They are deceptive with their sales strategies, so be aware. When renewing my lease, I was never told that I would be charged a “community” electric fee, which is around $50-$70 every month. I believe they are bleeding money due to the construction of additional units, and are using shady tactics to make ends meet. Two ...
weeks ago they sent an email asking tenets to be on the lookout for neighbors that fail to bring their trash can inside their apartment by a certain time, and if they catch them, to take pictures and send it to management so that their neighbors can be fined. After learning about the erroneous “community” electric fee I asked about breaking my lease and they have the audacity to want to charge 4 months of rent to leave. I’m sure someone will reply to my comment with some absurd response like “Our fees are comparable with those of other similar companies,” but I would suggest you save it for someone that doesn’t know better. If you are thinking of living here, do yourself a favor and don’t.

So Loud and the sales people LIE!

Be very weary of living here if you like it quiet. ITS the loudest complex ever, the dogs don't stop barking day and night. They told me they would let me out of my lease the they charged me 5k. These sales managers and sales people lie and don't care. I know several of the tenants that also were lied to. Do your homework before moving here, it looks great but you won't sleep a wink. The sales manager is really a liar. Be aware!

Camden North End has the most amazing staff working for them and they truly make this place wonderful. They are very accommodating with the whole process. I’m sure they will be after as well after reading other people’s reviews. I have yet to see my apartment but if you visit their website you are able to see a 360 virtual tour of your selected floor plan. of this property, Camden North End is in a great neighborhood next to civilization so you will have movies, good schools, grocery stores, retail shops, and many other activities near by. You get what you pay for and yes the apartments might be pricey but I’m sure you will be happy with the amenities, the staff, and especially your brand new never lived in apartment. At the end of the day the Camden North End staff have really made a great impression on how my decision was made.
