July 14, 2018First off I’d like to thank you Camden team for taking over this community as the previous company almost ran this place into the ground. Since Camden came in, we’ve gotten a brand new dog park, a grill at the pool and new furniture to boot as well as an office and maintenance staff that actually want to help. It has been a complete 180 from when I first moved in. I can’t say it enough, thank you Camden for coming in and making my home an awesome place to live.Property Manager Responded

Not As Nice As I Thought
July 6, 2018Totally duped by online reviews... After living here 1 WEEK! these are my observations... Bottom floor (retail) vacant - this says a LOT about the property manager. Pretty dismal selection of businesses/restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Downtown is an uber away which is the BEST aspect of the property. Property half empty - why won't people live here? Gym is decent but small, packed (always despite the occupancy of the building) and options for machines are lacking. The pool is nice but ...might as well be a kid pool. Kids run through the halls like a hotel and it echoes from above and below the floor. The property manager has some pretty inhospitable people running the property. There are a handful of other properties in this area... why subject yourself to this? As soon as my lease is up I'm out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
