Lived here from Fall 2011 to Winter 2014 and it was a great experience. Mara at the main office was extremely helpful in getting everything ready for us and the staff was helpful and polite throughout the 3 years I lived there. It's about a mile walk from most places in the downtown area and very convenient with exits and entrances onto I-4 just off Orange Ave. Parking was never an issue except for guests on busy weekend nights. Maintenance staff were usually very prompt and courteous. The pool ...

area is a busy hangout spot on weekend mornings during the summer, so be ready for music at 10am. Fire alarms went off late at night during my first year, but management got the problem quickly sorted out and it wasn't an issue for the last 2 years. The train passes by regularly and you will feel a subtle vibration in the building, but it was never annoying. I had many packages delivered throughout my lease and it was always a quick process retrieving them from the office if they were not brought to the door. I can count the number of insects I encountered over the 3 years on my two hands, it was a rare occurrence and usually flew in through the door. 4th floor does not have a roof on the balcony which was a bit frustrating as furniture was hard to keep dry. All in all, it was a great complex and I recommend to anyone looking for a convenient spot close to downtown!

I met an authentically friendly office staff and in the tour I liked its beautiful multi-family urban-style Architecture, its spacious courtyards, the great swimming pool area, the well-equipped gym, its modern business center, and the covered parking garage among other amenities. Its well-distributed areas inspire the decoration of each space and the natural illumination coming through the windows make this place more bright and enjoyable. Camden Orange staff provides lightning-fast apartment services. They host great resident meet-ups, food truck visits, food can and back to school supplies collections, blood drives, etc. In addition, Camden Orange premises includes pet walking areas, bike racks, electric car charging stations as well as an excellent recycling program. Camden Orange has a very convenient location within walking distance to downtown Orlando’s great restaurants, bars, performing arts centers, sport arenas, festivals, concerts, museums and an amazing library, but it is at a safe distance such that noise pollution is never, ever a problem. I truly love this city and I truly love Camden Orange.

I've lived at Camden Orange Court for a year, and it's been nothing but excellent the entire time. From day one the office staff was helpful, professional, always respectful and always polite. Throughout the year I've made several maintenance requests for everyday wear such as lightbulbs out and the like, and they've always been taken care of promptly. The layouts are awesome, the appliances are all up to date, I was blown away, I've often seen the demo unit look far nicer than the actual units end up, this was not the case with Camden, what you see in the demo unit is what you get in every unit! I can't recommend Camden enough, seriously!

Pros: great customer service, friendly and attentive staff, competitive pricing, and within walking distance of downtown. Cons: small kitchen sinks, ceilings/floor don't offer great sound protection, people pile up garbage in the trash chute/recycling bins instead of putting their trash down the chute, and some residents allow their pets to go to the bathroom in the halls or on the sidewalk.

The staff is extremely informative, helpful and caring. While touring, the staff member got to know me in order to get a feel for exactly what I needed. I could tell I would fit in nicely. I've only lived in this apartment complex for a couple of months but so far I have no real complaints. The leasing staff is really helpful. I love the newly updated Brighthouse cable and wifi package, it is a lot cheaper then if me and my roommate got the package ourselves. When receiving the monthly water bill, was suprised to see hidden fees that should be included in the rent payment itself. terrible job. Looks like a very quick, throw together job with cracks, scratches, and vanity drawers that are unusable due to horrible construction. The staff is very nice and helpful. They have helped us out with the numerous things that have been wrong with our apartment.
