July 13, 2020Camden Post Oak is without a doubt the best high rise in Uptown! I can truly say I’ve loved every moment of my time here. The upkeep and overall appearance of the community combined with the experience I have with the entire team really has surpassed my expectations. To arrive home and be greeted with a smile by the valet and concierge team is just simply so nice. Hospitality is making someone feel at home and no matter who your talking to, whether if it’s about a service request, picking up a ...package or simply saying “hello” they know exactly how to make you feel welcomed. I’d like to say thank you for the safety and sanitary measures they’ve put in place at our community during this difficult time in our world. It makes me feel proud to call Camden Post Oak my home. The apartments are beautiful and elegant and in conjunction with the amenities— mainly the huge pool it’s the best place to call home. I recommend Camden Post Oak to anyone!Property Manager Responded

Equivalent to a fine hotel!
December 14, 2017When I moved into the Camden Post Oak, the leasing staff found me the exact type of apartment I asked for. They made the move go smoothly, from finding me the best movers, to reserving the convenient time for the elevator, to welcoming me with a lovely bottle of wine and glasses in my apartment. They are always professional, call me by name and are anxious to always make you feel at home and comfortable. In my apartment, I love my washer and dryer and the appliances are very nice! I also love my ...shower, the hot water and the water pressure is great! The concierge staff are here 24/7. They made me feel welcome from the day I met each of them and are always ready to help you with anything you need. They provide excellent service with a friendly manner. The building is spotless with a lobby as nice and comfortable as a nice hotel. The maintenance staff keep the building in perfect condition and your own apartment too. Any problem you have is taken care of ASAP. They also follow up to make sure you are satisfied. They are always cheerful and friendly. I Valet park my car and that is a luxury with the most kind and helpful young men. They never fail to open the front door of the building for you or your car doors. If you want help carrying packages they will help you. The nicest par is when you return home and they welcome you back and ask how your day was. The monthly brunch with a lovely catered buffet and the monthly happy hour with a beautiful catered buffet are both fun and nice way to meet your neighbors. I'm looking forward to the Christmas dinner, drinks and music, which I heard is fantastic. The security at this building is great. The trash chute on every floor is easy and spotless. The complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate machine is very nice, as is the fruit basket and complimentary bottled water. The swimming pool is gorgeous with comfortable chairs. They have covered areas, a nice patio, and a great lap pool. If you want to be waited on with a smile, never have to even open a door for yourself, and have excellent service, I highly recommend the Camden Post Oak.Property Manager Responded

Camden Post Oak: A Year in Review
October 10, 2015I have been here since November of 2014 and can say I have never been let down as far as service, staff and valet. It's a well-built building and myself and my son hardly hear any noise or neighbors for that matter. I've come to know the front desk staff and they have always been courteous, catering and even were able to get me connected to other residents when I was looking for a new permanent nanny. The leasing office staff have also been very responsive--any questions were answered same day. ...My leasing agent when i originally moved in was Sana, and she has been a great resource during my time here. There was only one thing that bothered me and that was this past summer when a lot of nonresidents (a parade of women) who utilized our pool areas which then prevented myself and my son to really enjoy a quieter relaxing day at the pool. When other residents reported the same concern, management took care of it right away and since then I have yet to experience another incident like that. I originally transferred from the Camden Travis Street were myself along with a few other residents had their cars vandalized. The transition from there to this location was seamless, and the staff was very apologetic for the whole incident. I can say after even seeing my younger brother settle into Aria at Willowick and having his apartment robbed within the first week of move in because management failed to have the side door programmed to lock properly, that Camden is running its properties and interacting with the residents the right way. Can't tell you how amazing the valet staff has been to myself and my guests. They have always been very kind and helpful especially when it's just myself and my little one. Am looking to move to a higher floor come December when my lease is up. Very nice
October 10, 2015I've been living at Camden Post Oak almost 5 years and it's been a very good experience overall. The staff, the concierges, the valet & the maintenance people are always very courteous. Any time I needed something repaired in my apartment it was fixed in no time, from the eventual change of a light bulb to a picture I needed to hang. Neighbors are nice, and I never hear them since the walls are very solid, so the whole place is very quiet even if it is a big community. The only issue is that ...some people drive fast in the garage while on the phone and around the corners, so I had a couple of close calls! Except for that, it is a very safe place. I never felt unsafe in all this years. The apartments have been recently renovated with new appliances, countertops, blinds and floors. They proposed me to move to a same floor plan apartment earlier this year when mine needed to be updated and I got a discount in the first month rent to help with the moving expenses... plus a brand new apartment basically! Management organizes events throughout the year for the neighbors, like happy hours and brunches, which is a very nice addition. The location is excellent, very close to Galleria Mall and now there is a lot of new restaurants across the street, plus a Whole Foods market. But with that all new development the traffic has gotten worse, especially in the afternoon, it can be challenging to get in or out. October 9, 2015Ideal location in the Houston Galleria area, with easy access to restaurants and freeways. The Concierge, maintenance, and valet staff are all top notch and willing to help. I work out of my house and travel quite a bit, so it's great that Concierge can sign packages for me, and I am notified when something arrives. The fitness center has a nice variety of cardio and weight machines and is not crowded at all. The pool area is beautiful but we did have some issues recently with the pool not ...looking very clean. I was told the pump needed repairing, and it is now much better. The building is quiet and pet-friendly with a dog park/washing station in the back. I also really like having my own private garage and feel very safe at home at Camden. My apartment faces east and south, so direct sun coming in the east windows in the morning makes it a bit warmer in the summer. I would recommend a north or south facing view, although west views enjoy the sun setting. I have only lived here seven months but am enjoying living here quite a bit. October 8, 2015From the 17th floor I look out from my large oval-shaped balcony and my very long, big windows that open up every room to the outside world. I enjoy a view that sweeps over the city and that I love, feeling very privileged to have at all times. I live alone in an apartment with 2 bedrooms at either end, that also has a good-sized study with sliding doors to the balcony where I work and paint. The bathrooms are large, the closets huge and the finishings throughout the apartment are very tasteful ...and first class. As a result, I am very comfortable and satisfied . To cap it all, the staff is absolutely wonderful. helpful, polite and effective in every way, not enough words to describe them, including the valet parkers. It is a clean and beautifully kept building with a great landscape, big outside TV and 2 pools with several bar-b-ques and comfortable furniture. Monthly events are organized such as a morning breakfasts and wine evenings that gather guests creating a warm feeling of community for everyone. The location of the building right next to Uptown Park in the Galleria area also allows for walking to the grocery stores, bank, pharmacy and any amount of restaurants in very pleasant settings.
