Not a very secure place to live - fine, but you can probably find better

Unfortunately didn’t have a great experience living here. There were 2 to 3 posts every week about residents having packages stolen, or homeless people sleeping or…erm “defecating” in the stairwells. I’ve since moved to a building where i feel safer and my packages are more secure. I also think there were like 3 or 4 different managers over the course of my 1-year lease. All that being said- this is a brand new building with top-notch amenities, hence the reason for two stars.

I'm sorry you didn't feel secure living here at Camden RiNo. As you know, our community is brand new and this comes with a lot of growing pains. We've already made advancements within our community to improve these issues including additional gates and after hour security. Camden RiNo is a beautiful, well kept property with tons of wonderful amenities, from the gym to the heated pool area! It is very dog friendly and the front office team is super helpful and attentive!
