My husband was one of the first residents of Camden Tempe and we continued to live there until August 2020. We lived in the B4 floor plan and never felt so comfortable. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, so well made and intentionally designed. We truly felt like Camden Tempe was our home. We went through many managers of the property but the managers right now, Lisa and Lonnie exceeded expectations. They were incredibly kind, helpful and assertive. Camden Tempe never felt better!! are open for conversation and take care of residents needs as fast as they possibly can. We will forever miss having apartment managers like them. Although the area of North Tempe/south scottsdale has struggled with more transient people recently, we really feel like management is doing everything they can to help this issue, and we never once had an actual issue with this problem. Camden's location is so central and extremely accessible. We were able to enjoy Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix while being able to drive down to the east valley as well very easily. The amenities are great, and we especially loved the pool. We will forever miss Camden and will always have fond memories there. If you are looking for a place to live, we highly recommend Camden Tempe!

Don't do it!!!

Stay far away from this "luxury" apartment complex. Move in was horrendous. They moved me in to a flithy apartment that wasn't cleaned before I occupied it and wreaked of smoke, even though I know it was sitting vacant and they would have had ample time to get it ready for me. Homeless people are constantly in this gated community. They don't pay for security. Thankfully I had a garage and didn't have to deal with the parking nightmare that I heard about. Never once did I see the staff walk the ...
property. Pretty much every balcony had items on it that didn't meet the lease guidelines but mgt didn't do anything about it so the whole complex looked trashy. They only have 1 good maintenance guy, so good luck if you get stuck having one of the other maintenance techs fix your items, as you'll end up having to submit an additional work order request. Just don't do it, you can find much better apartments out there!

For example, we now partner with All City Towing giving them 24 hour access to the community to remove any cars that are not permitted to park in the gates. Additionally, our maintenance team works diligently to complete all service requests as thoroughly as possible and within a timely manner. Our team walks the property daily to not only check patios, but that our hallways are clean of trash, and the courtyards are free of dog droppings. Great Property / Front Office

I've lived at Camden Hayden for 3.5 years and just signed another extension on my lease. During my time here, I've rarely experienced an issue and anytime one has come up the front office maintenance staff are quickly on top of it. The apartments themselves are really nice, and the clubhouse pool are both awesome. Thanks again to the front office staff: Cody, Analicia, Dre, and Molly you guys are the best!

I want to thank Moët for working the day we stopped by in hopes of signing a lease at Camden Hayden. I was looking for a safe and very new property for my daughters to move into. We had visited friends that lived at another Camden property and feel in love with the property and floor plans. We were very pleased to find Camden Hayden which was centrally located to everything and we made the decision to apply online to select and hold an apt. However, ran into several online problems and were ...
unsuccessful in completing the online process. When we stopped in we were greeted by Moet who was so welcoming and listened to our frustrations regarding the online problems we had experienced. She went above and beyond to rectify the situation. And at the end of it all my daughters got the perfect apartment! She was so pleasant to work with! Camden Hayden Apartments

This is a beautiful safe gated community. They have front loading washers and dryers in each apartments as well as small patios. The kitchen is what sold me, my floor plan has an oversized island, about 10 feet long! They also have a storage area outside which definitely helped. I would recommend this place to anyone. On the down side, only the main building has an elevator so be prepared for that if you live on the top floor. The front doors are self closing so if the door isn't closed gently, ...
you know when your neighbors leave or get home otherwise I never hear them which is nice. Another thing I wish was different was that the shower is fiberglass and isn't tile. But overall, I love this apartment and would choose it again if I had a chance.

Very nice brand new apartments. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, laminate flooring. Absolutely beautiful pool, workout rooms and landscaping. The only let down is that there is not elevators in every building so moving in on the third floor was a hassle. The paint also is not a gloss finish so hitting it against something always leaves a mark and trying to wipe it clean takes the paint right off. Otherwise we are very happy and happy to have people over.
