Camden at Waterford Lakes is the best apartment I've lived in. The walls are insulated well, we rarely hear our neighbors on either side and although we can hear some noise upstairs from walking and such (I truly think they have exercise equipment), it's not enough to disturb our sleep. The neighborhood feels pretty safe and it's very pet friendly with a nice dog park. A few normal apartment complex annoyances: people don't pick up after their dogs and Camden doesn't really address the problem ...
consistently....also we have def had a problem with non residents using things like the pool and gym. It's annoying but not enough to make us move. Valet trash is nice (not optional and there is an additional monthly charge) and att uverse is the internet and cable provider and we've had no problems there (also not optional and there's an additional monthly cost). The office doesn't accept packages anymore which sucks but it's understandable with increased deliveries and a lack of storage space. Overall we love it here so far (lived here about a year)

The walls are thin & parking is not so great, but overall, I love living here. It might be a little pricey but once you step inside, you'll see why! (Flooring/fixtures/stainless steel appliances). The maintenance workers and the people who work in the leasing office are VERY helpful. The amenities (pool/business office/ theatre room etc.) are great and the apartments are beautiful inside and out. The rooms are very spacious and there is a kitchen/living/dining room open floor plan which is great ...

The complex offers true resort style living. Where many complexes claim to offer this, our complex really does! And its only two years old and clean and well built. This is a gated community and the gate is actually closed at all times. The mgmt offers organized community events bimonthly and has an online social media site. Theres a large dogpark with dog wash that is wonderful! Plus, location location location! Located right next to a wonderful hip shopping mall with a cinema and faboulous ...

This is the best apartment complex you will find in East Orlando. It's the complete package. The management and maintenance staff make sure everything is taken care of and you can tell they are dedicated to having their residents be completely satisfied living here. The location is great and right behind all of the restaurants and shopping in Waterford Lakes with a quick entrance to the 408 Expressway. I couldn't be happier living here and I'm glad I was able to sign a 15th-month lease!

I absolutely love living at Camden Waterford Lakes. The community is incredible and it has tons of great amenities. The gym is a really great size with lots of different machines and there is a car washing station that's fully equipped to do a complete clean. My favorite part of my community is the dog park, its giant and has a pet fountain which is super important in Florida! I never hear my neighbors and the apartment is modern and beautiful. The staff is super friendly and I have recommended ...
