I have only been at this apartment complex one year and everything is fine but the security. My tires have been stolen twice and guess what they do not help at all. The call and act concerned and say oh call the police department and file a report, but for what they are unable to help and i have been to meeting and everything at this complex and still nothing. They do no help with anything and if your car stays in the front of the complex the only concern is when will it be moved.

Don’t be fooled

Don’t be fooled by positive reviews, most likely written by staff themselves. The security is a joke here so if you dont pay the extra $100 for a garage expect your car windows to be broken into and tires or mufflers stolen. This is a problem that has been going on for years and they refuse to do anything about it. Then you are forced to pay $125 for their crappy internet. I moved out because they wanted to hike my rent up $300 per month after my first 1 year lease was over. But mostly it was ...

because of lack of security!!!! No joke every other night someone’s car is broken into or stolen so dont roll those dice and find a different complex to live trust me!!!!

Great Place! Overpriced! Parking a problem

Apartments are great! Staff is great! Maintenance crew are awesome! Only issues is, management does not keep track of who enters the property. I’ve seen vehicles drive in, park in the visitor spot and use the property pool and they don’t live on the property or know anyone that lives on the property. Permit parking as been an issue since day 1 and I’ve been here for 3 years. Their solution was to remove visitor parking spots and make them permit parking. So if you have friends or family visiting, ...

they would have to park on one side of the property and walk to the other side. Also water tends to be shut off from time to time for unknown reason, and they blame the water company. During heavy storms don’t be surprised if your building has no power and others do. For some reason the power is set up differently throughout the property. Overall property is great!

We are sorry you are having issues with visitor parking as we didn't take any visitor parking away, we just added more to a different area in the community so that we could install a water tank in case the city has any water problems. As for the power, we have no control over the outages that happen in our area, that would be centerpoint. As soon as we know of any issue that will affect the community we let the residents know immediately. During work hours, we do walk the property and evaluate the pool area, and we ensure that all guests are accommodated by the resident they are visiting. This property is well maintained, and the staff is more than helpful. My service request get taken care of in a timely manner. The gym is open 24/7 so if you're like me and work nights it comes in handy. The pool is very clean,and I like the fact that there are two gas grills in the pool area. Overall a very nice community and look forward to many years here.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX , my boyfriend and I are living a nightmare here; upstairs neighbor is very disrespectful, throwing things around, jumping and running at day and late night fighting with the wife, TV extremely loud at night ( we even called the police ) and complaint with the management but the management have not done anything yet, my boyfriend complaints more than 10 times already. Beware of some (not necessarily all) of the positive ratings; several months ago, apartment management offered drawings for prizes, including free apartment cleaning, for people to post reviews here and on other apartment search sites. Management/staff has been increasingly frustrating to deal with over last few months. It's a decent property, all in all; but the management makes things near impossible to recommend to others. enforcement of parking decals and visitors parking in resident spaces. Threats of fines, or actual fines, sent to residents on an increased basis. Forced rent increases by way of requiring residents to pay for "valet" trash, cable, and now internet (in total: $100/month that residents have NO control over). What was once promoted as a "community" is now a place of generally unhappy management who are trying to nickel and dime residents in the name of profit.

Firstly, lets start by stating that I am a 38 year old single professional female. What I love most about this complex is that I feel safe no matter what time I get home. I've lived in NY/NJ and various parts of Houston and safety is key! You wont find cars on bricks here! You will not see sketchy characters or shady situations. During the summer the pool was not a frat party everyday. That was a plus for me! They are eco friendly and have recycling bins as well. Also the ladies at the office are very accommodating and helpful. NOW FOR THE NEGATIVE: Parking spaces are scarce! If u come home late expect to park on the far side of the complex. There are limited visitor parkings so if your having a party have your guests come early and park on visitor only! Not on the permit parking Or they will get towed. Secondly, I dislike that I get billed for a technology package through comcast and a fumigation fee monthly even if I dont use/need the service. I shouldnt have to be locked in to these services! Rent is a little higher than other complexes in the area...but like everything else YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Other than that its been a POSITIVE experience, and I do see myself extending my lease.
