Unsafe apartment complex

Campus knoll has cockroaches and the landlord wont spray the whole apartment complex so they keep coming back its been that way for over a year. Front door lock keeps breaking so its constantly unlock. Homeless people come and smoke meth in the stairwell everyday. No cameras and only one light outside. Packages are constantly stolen unless you get it right away. Overall just a terrible environment to have any college student please look elsewhere if you wanna feel safe.

College Living does not return deposits or phone calls

December 7, 2021 - Review from Apartments.com

I have been reaching out to the managers, Tami and Dan since October 1st about a deposit from May 21, 2021. The property was in beautiful shape with no damage. They never sent a letter as required by law if they are going to keep any part of the deposit. MN states that there is a $500 penalty for withholding deposits. I have emailed and called over 10 times with no response.
