The pictures are very accurate. The place doesn't have any weird smells. The office staff is unbelievably friendly and they love when you bring your pets in for a visit! The gym is quite nice. The walls of the apartments are a great sound barrier, so there isn't a lot of noise. The neighbors we have met are very friendly. The ceilings do transfer noise though. We hear our upstairs neighbor stomping around their apartment at all hours of the day and night. We are loving our new apartment.

So far, the office management has been professional and quick to respond to all concerns. Paperwork when signing our lease was seamless and the online services are convenient. The building itself is fine and relatively well-maintained. The first floor can be a little damp. Garages are very small.

I really enjoy living at these units! The apartments are very spacious and you definitely get what you pay for! Having you own personal garage is a plus especially in these cold months when your trying to keep your vehicle out of the elements! The washer and dryer in the unit is such a nice amenity!
