Absolutely horrible
December 16, 2015Upper management only cares about money. They feel they can come in the house whenever they want without warning to do "routine checks". We all had to not only leave the apartment, but pick every thing up off the floor including small furniture so they could spray for fleas WHICH WE DID NOT HAVE. If we did not comply we would be charged a fine. Don't ever live here. They charged one roommate $1500 for pet damage when all she had was one declawed cat. Seriously. Good for Student Living
July 21, 2015I have lived at Campus Village for the last two years and I will be living there again for my senior year, totaling 3 years of living there. Overall, my time has been good there. They definitely have improved their management staff since my first year there. I live in a 2X2 Small apartment and I really like it. It's spacious for both myself and my roommate, but cozy at the same time. The apartment is furnished, which is very convenient for a student on a budget. The furniture is also very nice. ...The social side of living there is great. The lazy river pool is a lot of fun and relaxing. A great time for friends to hang out.
