This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any management company of any apartment I’ve ever lived in. Not only was the maintenance crew completely useless at one point of fixing the most simplest things, The move out team is just as incompetent. I made the Move out team aware that there was property still left in the apartment when I went to the retrieve said property it was gone, items value were stolen by either their team or by simply being ignorant enough to be leaving the door unlocked ...
for almost a week. And now I’m trying to deal with the issue my number has been blocked and Jessica refuses to respond to any of my emails. This is extremely upsetting and a violation of not only my privacy, but my personal belongings I seriously hope as a patron that you think twice before Renting from this property group.
