Cantebury downs apartments
August 14, 2015I have been here for almost 2 years and love it . The managers Nick and Ed are really great , so are the maitenence guys. everything is very clean around the grounds including the swimming ppol and jacuzzi areas. every year they throw a big community bar b que were they do the cooking ! i missed it this year from other plans but went ;last year and the fod was wonderful and it was alot of fun. they also have free movies (dvd and blu ara ) up at the office that you can check out for free, they ...give you soda's and popcorn to take with the movies which i really enjoy . i feel very secure there and hope i am going to be able to stay for the upcoming few years ahead of me.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Canterbury downs
August 16, 2015We have lived here for about a year and a half, the staff is great along with all the Neighbors. Very quite and family oriented complex. The complex is kept very clean, lots of amenities. Only complaint is when our lease is up they raised the rent A LOT, a way bigger increase than I have ever had any where. Definitely worth checking out for a short term living situation. Ed in the office is awesome, always very helpful and happy to see us.Review from Apartments.com
