When I signed a lease for my Canyon Club apartment without seeing it first, I was a bit nervous. As an older single male making a big move from the Midwest to Las Vegas, it was a leap of faith. But now, after living here for three and a half months, I can confidently say it was a great decision! I've had a few maintenance requests, and the team has been fantastic. They always arrive the same day and fix any issues promptly. Walking my dogs through the community a couple of times a day has become ...

a highlight. I always see a friendly security guard and the hardworking maintenance staff around, and it's heartwarming to see kids out playing and enjoying themselves. Roxann and Daisy were incredibly helpful during the move-in process, making everything smooth and stress-free. The month-to-month lease initially seemed daunting, especially since I've always had 12-month leases. However, it actually creates a sense of accountability—if you're not a good tenant, you won't last long here. I've noticed that people seem content and settled; I haven't seen anyone moving out. Overall, my experience at Canyon Club has been overwhelmingly positive, and I'm grateful for the welcoming and supportive community here.

Esn estos apartamos hay cucaracha mal servicio de mantenimiento mal manejo de jefe el trato es horrible se roban carro y catalítico no pasa nada no hay seguridad de ningún tipo bin horrible todo no pude dormir ninguna sola noche en ese lugae

Big thing, if you get paid bi weekly, look anywhere else. These greedy people only care about the rent. It took them a year to fix our AC, we had noisy neighbors, and they don’t negotiate the payments. If you haven’t gotten paid by the 4th, you got 7 days or you face eviction. They don’t care about your personal reasons. I had multiple deaths in my family and they didn’t care as long as they had their money. Boo to this place I’m glad I left.

The inside of my apartment is beautiful. Brand new everything, stainless steel appliances, very clean upon move in. Neighbors are quiet and have been very friendly. So far, I love living here. Don’t let the outside appearance fool you, these apartments are beautifully renovated inside. That being said, the missing star is because the exterior of the complex needs some serious TLC.

They fix everything super fast. Joel is amazing. They show they care for you to be happy living here. it's very safe and they keep the community very clean. The office staff are also very nice and efficient. Daicy and Elsa are always willing to help you anytime. I just love this place
