Rodents!!

Worst place to live
September 16, 2025Place says they will fix things never does they say they have pest control they don’t come place is highly infested with bugs and cockroaches never live here place should be closed down for good. They take people for granted that live there. NEVER MOVE IN HERE!!!!! Very BAD place to live nothing works human poop is in the laundry mat the gym is not open pool not open and play ground should be never used for kids it’s a place that should have kids on it broken slide and looks very bad like ...homeless love to live and wonder buildings at night and start fires gates are never fixed and are always open this place lies about what they have and do nothing to fix it!!!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
New Managmement Is GREAT!!!
June 18, 2025Been here for about 3 months and things have been changing for the better. New Managmement has been on top of making this community better. There is also New Maintenance and they are hitting all the problems needed to be done as fast as they can. AC is working great and Pest Control is on top of things every week. Clint, Nicole and Reyah always handle my work orders in a timely and professional manner and Alex is always hard at work keeping the complex clean and maintained. The office staff here is really helpful as well. Reese and Devonte have always been really warm, friendly and welcoming anytime I have come to the leasing office. The location here is perfect. September 6, 2024The office staff Reese and Devante along with maintenance staff Clint, Rayau, Alex, and Nicole at canyon crest are a amazing team compared to some other places I've lived who make sure that things get done when needed and try there best with what they have available. The layouts of the apartments are very spacious and make it comfortable to live along with the neighbors all being respectful to each other! November 24, 2023Though Arioso has had more than its share of problems, I am happy to say that security is much improved. In former days, Arioso apts. were luxury apts. and are larger than many others in town. This has been important for me, since I moved from a house into an apartment. A recent problem was taken care of in a timely manner and I am comfortable living here.Property Manager Responded
