Managers
August 24, 2015The Capri villa apartments are a nice little place to live, but the managers there are horrible. The rent and utilities are decent but the managers control everything. If it's 100 degree weather outside the mangers will not care, they will control your account until they see fit. They have all kinds of rules that they don't even follow. I went through a period of time where I had to go over a week without hot water because they were too lazy to fix it. I would like to inform everyone to stay away ...from these apartments until Rafael and his wife are no longer managers. These apartments certainty not worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
