On the first day of the recent cold "weather event" we had here in Texas, I notified mgt that the heat in my apt was not working. They kept telling me that they would fix it. They haven't, and I finally figured out, after they told me again and again they would fix it, but have done nothing, that they have no intention of fixing it. Someone associated with them suggested I use my oven, which is a fire hazard.. For reasons I won't go into, I can't move and apparently they know that. The ...

countertops are just plywood covered with contact paper and the floors are cheap laminate laid over an uneven subfloor so the laminate breaks and crumbles, The contact paper wears off the plywood, and they do nothing. They closed down the laundry roon for this section of the complex rather than insist the vendor fix or replace the machines. The service here is beyond bad. Unless you're looking for a short-term residence, avoid Brazos Mgt. They have othe apts, too, so be sure to check

Why is it that whenever I call they never answer the phone. And when I finally have a day off to go to their hours of operation no one is ever there. I swear they only have 1 person working at all times. I've had to wait hours before someone finally showed up and when they do they're already busy... the apartments aren't very well kept and when you move in everythings already having problems. They take forever to get to fixing it and when they do it's just a temporary fix. They spray for bugs or ...

so they say but I've started seeing roaches.

I have been here for 3 going on 4 years. YES, you need to purchase security cameras due to the open community and questionable guests. Anyone can come into the area. Management will work with you if you meet the income guidelines. It is not aesthetically pleasing, BUT if you are looking for a reasonable cost for your low income, clean apartments, maintenance well kept, good management, and understand street smarts, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! This is a good stepping stone to get to where you want ...

to be. BE SMART in the community and keep a low profile, watch those who are befriending you to get your information=street smarts. I am still here, as a minority. IT IS A GOOD PLACE!

Do not, I repeat, do not move here! They spray for bugs but it has to be sugar water because roaches come right back. Many roofs use to leak here resulting in mold. Hot water is always out or off for “maintenance reasons”. People Are shooting outside or stealing and on sundays there are no parking spaces and trash everywhere.

Never return calls, units are roach infested and bed bug friendly. I have friends that live there and when it rains they have a free water fall inside.

boy no wonder there are so many homeless people in the world, and,this guy I just spoke with surely doesn't work for commission , because he was absolutely going to make it impossible for me to even be approved to live here, ...hmm maybe because I,said my income was Disability. ...which people has to be 3 times the amount of your rent BUT NO MORE THAN $30,000 a year!!!!

Horrible apts. Gives you your keys after 5pm when they close in stead of at 4pm like suppose to thats not enough time to see of the apt is good by the time they are close. Apts never was ready. Maintenance was to come back to do more work on apt when it was supoose to be ready day of. Roaches alive and dead in restrooms and kitches. Stray cats every in your entry way. Everything just painted over. Nothing renovated. Only thing that my have been new is the counter top. Stuff still left on balcony. ...

I did receive money back and no lease. That same day, fortunly staff was still there lounging after 5:15pm. I sont know what i would have done if i had to stay there.
