This place is old and management is not great. I had to deep clean the apartment upon moving in because it was so gross, and things regularly break, but maintenance isn't great a fixing them. On several occasions management has turned off the water with no prior notice due to plumbing issues. On one of these occasions, we were without water for several days. I (and my roommates) consider me to be a neat freak, but even after ten hours of deep cleaning (I kid you not), they tried to fail me on the ...

cleaning checks. They are legitimately trying to get every penny out of you. Please don't buy a contract here so we can show them that they need to change their behavior!! They also just raised rent to a ridiculous amount for next year. It is absolutely not worth that amount. Also, beware of hidden fees. There is an extra $25 a month tacked on for internet/cable (even though the internet regularly does not work), and utilities come out to about an extra $40 a month in my experience. There's also a contract transfer fee if you sell your contract. Part of the security deposit is non refundable. I haven't moved out yet, but I'm sure they'll charge some crazy cleaning fee as well.
