In need of EMERGENT UPDATES
November 27, 2020I have been living here for years and the management has changed more times than I can count. The view from the front is welcoming and beautiful but what you don’t see is the rotten wood on the patios, the leaking ceilings the cracked flooring, the rotten wood on the interior and n the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The entire inside is outdated. They are in a perfect location to my son’s school and my job but I am desperately seeking somewhere else because I cannot get anyone to to anything ...outside of emergency maintenance and that does even happen in a timely manner. Horrible Staff
March 3, 2014lived there for 15 years and has never had a problem with the staff untill last year we got new staff and they are very rude and disrespectful, it take maintenance a month to service, they come into your home without proper authorization, and then tell you to leave if you dont like it, wouldnt recommend to my worst enemyReview from Apartments.com
Poor customer service
June 20, 2014The management is HORRIBLE. They are so rude and lack professionalism. Several people have complained about the people who are managing this place. They refuse to take care of maintenance. They are rarely in the office and do not follow up on any request. I would advise everyone not to stay here until they get new management. Looking to rent
March 13, 2014I am considering living here. The property seems clean. The fencing around the patio/porches looks to be in need of repair. I inquired with the staff if there were any available units but they could not agree if or when a unit would be available. They seemed unprofessional and had a very clutter desk.
