It was a great joy living at Casa Del Sol. We made this place our home for 9 years and built a lot of wonderful memories here. It is a well maintained, clean and peaceful community. The property managers are courteous and any issues are quickly taken care of. They offer great amenities such as a beautiful lush green courtyard, pool, laundry room, two parking spaces and storage. Location is another reason that makes his place amazing. Everything is withen a mile distance. We highly recommend ...

Beautiful apartment complex!

It has truly been a pleasure living in this apartment complex. The outdoor communal space is quaint, comfortable, welcoming, and quiet. I’ve spent many hours outside by the pool reading with no disturbances. On top of that, every unit gets their own enclosed porch with plenty of private space for outdoor furniture, plants, and even to exercise if desired. The owner of these apartments, Silvia, is easy to get along with and very prompt with her responses to any inquiries related to the apartment. ...
The bedrooms are huge, the appliances are brand new, as well as the flooring and countertops. I can say the same about my neighbor’s layout, which is completely different than mine. There are 2 FREE parking spots to each apartment! This is almost unheard of around here. The laundry room is clean and I have never had issues with having to wait for other people doing their laundry. There is beautiful landscape that is regularly tended to, giving even more of a lovely feeling every time I walk in. I love it here and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area. It’s a close walk to a cute family and dog-friendly park, as well as less than a mile from both Downtown Sunnyvale and Downtown Mountain View. Casa del Sol rocks!!

Great Place!!!

I have had the pleasure of calling this place my home for the past year. I am very sad that I have to leave. If life ever brings me back to the Sunnyvale area Silvia would be the first one to call. She has done such a wonderful job keeping the grounds and was prompt to attending to our maintenance needs. My unit was updated with things like double pane windows, forced air heating, granite vanity, tile bath & shower. The units have great sound-proofing. I hardly ever hear my adjoining ...
neighbors. I loved the substantial space I had on the patio for all my plants. Future tenants concerned about previous negative reviews need not worry. The man previously managing the property is no longer there. Our current manager Silvia is amazing. Silvia if you read this thank you for everything, you are wonderful and the garden lantern you gifted me will be a cherished possession and a token reminder of the wonderful year spent here at Casa Del Sol!!

Excellent Location & Well Maintained Property

Landlord great, easy to work with. Clean, spacious well-maintained apartments. Parking spots included. Outdoor heated pool also very nice. Quiet living environment, with great location for quick access to Caltrain as well as highways.
