Bad Management

I lived there for 18 months and while there had multiple problems with insects. At one point, bed bugs got into the place and it had to be treated twice with no effect. At one point they had to use devices that forced all residents in a building out and all personal property had to be bagged and vacuum sealed. The Management told me directly that the cause was my next door neighbor, an old woman who moved right afterwards. The bugs came back again and then Management claimed that I was the cause ...
and they tried billing me for the extermination. I moved due to health issues quite possibly linked to this property. If you value your health and privacy do NOT move there.
