February 17, 2025Our family has been here Almost two years now, we are thrilled to be able to call Casa our home! Prices are very reasonable for the neighborhood! We were blessed to be able to move into a newly renovated apartment at Casa, maintenance and management are very efficient and helpful when needed, friendly neighbors, our kids are very occupied, what else can we ask for?..Review from Apartments.com

Poor Management and Hostile Environment at Casa Real Apartments
June 30, 2024I regret to say that my experience at Casa Real Apartments has been far from satisfactory, largely due to the inefficiency and hostile behavior of the manager. Living conditions have become increasingly difficult to tolerate. The manager's inefficiency is evident in the way maintenance requests are handled. Repairs take an unreasonable amount of time, and often require multiple follow-ups before any action is taken. This neglect has resulted in a frustrating living situation for many ...residents. Moreover, the manager's hostile attitude creates a tense and unwelcoming atmosphere. Instead of addressing concerns in a professional manner, she often responds with hostility and a vengeful demeanor. This has made interactions extremely unpleasant and has contributed to a general sense of unease within the community. Overall, the combination of poor management and a hostile environment has made living at Casa Real Apartments a disappointing experience. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
